At ZuCare, our commitment to our users is a 24 hour a day 365 days a year endeavor. You can expect our support agents to address all of your needs by phone, live help chat, or e-mail.
Agents are standing by to assist you live by phone or help chat 24 hours a day. In the rare event an agent cannot be reached or one is not available to assist you immediately, you will be prompted to leave return contact information and will be contacted within 24 hours, even on weekends.
All e-mails are answered within 24 hours of their receipt and 75% of all questions or issues received by e-mail are resolved within 12 hours. If more information is needed to further complete your request or issue you will be notified and we will do everything in our power to follow up so that you are completely satisfied.
